Learn how to Journal With Intention in 28-Days!

About 6 years ago, I fell in love with journaling. I’ve discovered that writing my thoughts down helps me process what you’re feeling. Often, I don’t know that I think about something until I write it down. It helps me expand and refine my thoughts. I learn more about myself this way, which helps me become more of the person I want to be.

However, I’ve noticed that figuring out where to start and what to journal about can be hard.  With journaling, there is no right or wrong way.

After you’ve got the pen and the notebook, where do you begin?

Do you want to start to journal and not use it as a diary of what happened in the day? Join me for 28-days of Journaling With Intention: Self-Love!

Each day of the challenge, I'll send you a daily journal prompt to help you dig a little deeper and develop a journaling habit. This challenge will focus on self-love.

These daily journal prompts will help you develop better, healthier habits. It’ll help you accept and love yourself with all your beauty and imperfections. Be kind to your body and your soul; embrace your feelings; tend to your needs with care and compassion. Only by loving yourself will you be able to truly love others.

    Today, it's about you.

In the next 28-days, we’ll journal together, developing and deepening our journal practice. We are going to grow our mindfulness muscles as we look for and expect the good things in our lives.

Let me be honest here. I know many reasons why a self-love-themed challenge might be the best self-care act we can do right now. Last year was tough, and this year we must heal, reflect on our self-evolution, and ultimately, not be so hard on ourselves.
