Trying to juggle work, relationships, and your social/personal life can be really hectic sometimes. The busier we get, the more often we forget to think about our own well-being and happiness. We get exhausted from the day-to-day grind, and lose ourselves in the hustle of life. Keeping Fit Travel1

Feeling unmotivated? Tired all the time? If you aren't happy with the way your body looks or feels, make a change! It's never too late to start exercising, eating healthier or whatever your goal is. It's never too late to make a change.

A small step every day towards positive change is better than no steps at all. Whether you're working on your body, your mind, your career... set aside some time every day, or every other day to work on something that makes you happy.

I always see various memes and quotes floating around, and one that always has stuck with me is "three months from now, you will wish you had started today." It's been over a year since I've started making major changes in my life. Not just to my health and physical appearance, but my career and where I live as well. My husband and I left "home" as in San Francisco to travel the world and live a location independent life. We got to live in some pretty amazing places. And, I can't tell you how thankful I am I didn't start one day later than I did.

Whatever it is that you are searching for, wanting to accomplish, there is no "best time" to start something. Don't wait until tomorrow or until when you feel like it. Start today and don't look back.

You can think about it all you want, you can ask others for advice, you can google workouts and recipes, you can endlessly scroll through inspiration... But at the end of the day, it's just you, my friend. You're responsible for your own actions, your own sweat, your own goals, your own life.

What is one thing that you want to accomplish?
