Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Cookies
MERRY CHRISTMAS, beautiful human!!! 🎄🎁 Wishing you all a happy holiday filled with so much love and happiness!! This morning I made this batch of amazingly awesome Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Cookies in under 15 minutes and they are SO GOOD! And, good for you, too. 😋🙃 Obviously, portion control here is key... Don’t be eating the entire batch, babe. But, if you do, I won’t judge! 'cause they are THAT good! 😉 This recipe makes 12 cookies. and they are YUM!!!
What You'll Need
2 scoops vanilla protein
2 pasture raised organic eggs
1 cupWild Friends cinnamon raisin peanut butter
2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp stevia (or 1 tbsp honey)
Flor de sal salt
What You'll Need To Know
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. While the oven is heating, mix in 2 scoops vanilla protein, 2 eggs, 1 cup Wild Friends cinnamon raisin peanut butter, 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp stevia (or 1 tbsp honey) and mix well.
3. Roll dough into approx. 2 tablespoon balls (1-1.5”), place on a non-stick baking sheet or lined with parchment paper and then flatten balls with fork to form cookie shape with a criss-cross. pop them in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
When ready sprinkle flor de sal salt.
