Blueberry chia pudding, that's what's up this AM! After a morning workout sweat sesh, this bowl didn't even stand a chance. 😂 I had been thinking up about how to make my chia seed purple and it hit me... blueberries!! I blended up some frozen blueberries with almond milk and used that as my mixture for my chia seeds. It turned out not only delicious yet beautiful, too. The gr8nola granola adds a great crunch to the mix!

What You'll Need

1/4 cups chia seeds
1/4 cups frozen blueberries
3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
Stevia (to taste)
Sea salt (a pinch)
1/8 cups gr8nola granola
1/2 tablespoon coconut shavings

What You'll Need To Know

1. In a high-speed blender blend the blueberries, almond milk, stevia, and salt.

2. In a bowl add chia seed and blueberry milk mix and stir and let it sit for at least 2 hours.

3. Top with coconut shavings and gr8nola!

Recipe makes 1 serving.
