Making blue majik. These smoothies are not just pretty, but darn delicious, too. I've hacked the Tone It Up Peanut Butter Bliss smoothie a bit and added blue-green algae and black sesame seeds to get this color. Surprisingly, there's banana in this too. If you've been following me for a while, you know how much I don't like bananas. But the flavors of the PB and protein hide the banana taste.
What You'll Need
1 scoop protein (unused @perfectfit vanilla protein)
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon blue-green algae (I used e3live)
1/2 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
3 ice cubes
Toppings: coconut shavings, pecans (optional)
What You'll Need To Know
Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender for 30-60 seconds. Pour and enjoy!
