Recipe Directions

Now, let's get into the step-by-step process of creating your very own Vanilla Dream Smoothie Bowl:

Gather all the ingredients, excluding the toppings.

Add the Vanilla Dream scoop, frozen spinach, strawberries, banana, ice cubes, and homemade oat milk to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more oat milk to achieve the desired consistency.

Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

Top your smoothie bowl with pineapple chunks, blueberries, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.

What You’ll Need

1 scoop Live Conscious Vanilla Dream
1 handful (50 g) spinach, frozen
1 cup (140 g) strawberries, frozen
1 medium banana (120g), frozen
6-7 ices cubes
6-8oz homemade oat milk*

Toppings: Pineapple, Blueberries, hempseeds

What You’ll Need To Know

Add all ingredients minus toppings to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour in a bowl and top with the pineapple, blueberries and hemp seeds.
