Tropical Chia Pudding Bowl

Now, here is one tasty bowl you're going to love that will take you on a tropical location, each and every bite. This recipe features a combination of mango and pineapple juice, blended together with coconut milk to create the liquid base of this chia pudding.

What You'll Need

Chia Pudding:
1/4 cup Mango Juice
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup chia seeds
2-3 drops stevia, to taste
1 scoop collagen booster (I use this brand)*
1 tbsp coconut shavings
1 tsp hemp hearts

Toppings:
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 tbsp coconut shavings, unsweetened

What You'll Need To Know

1. Add chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and mix vigorously.

2. Let mix it sit for 10 min and stir again to break up any clumping.

3. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight before adding toppings.
