This Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is decadent and a great post-workout Fall drink.

This was inspired by ToneItUp's Peanut Butter Bliss & Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothies. Here's what's in this amazingly delicious mid-day slump-busting smoothie:

What You'll Need

1 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
1/8 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
1 scoop VegaOne vanilla protein
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
50g avocado
4 ice cubes

What You'll Need To Know

Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour in a glass, drink up and enjoy!
