Beating that midday snack attack hour with these No Bake gr8nola Pumpkin Peanut Butter Energy bites! This recipe was inspired by No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls. The only swaps made were granola for quick oats, honey for stevia and 1 tablespoon melted coconut manna and 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree. Maxene had recommended to keep the wet ratio the same!

2/3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cups unsweetened Peanut Butter
