It's loaded with good coconut fat and kale superpowers.
After being on the “weekend vaycay diet" (aka nom nom nom I'm going to eat everything in my path & no one can stop me!) the hardest part for me is saying no to desserts... I have the craziest sweet tooth! so, this will help get back to clean eat. Oh, and did I mention I finally got my SoulCycle on? (It’s been SO long since my last ride!)
Want to go the extra mile? Here’s what the need to know.. 8 oz coconut water. 1 tbsp coconut meat, 1 tbsp So Delicious coconut yogurt, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp honey, 1 cup chopped kale, and 1/4 avocado*. Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice and top coconut flakes. (this makes one 16 oz smoothie)
*okkkk, so the real extra mile smoothie doesn’t have avo..this was my lil' addition for an super smooth smoothie.
What You'll Need
8 oz coconut water
1 tbsp coconut meat
1 tbsp So Delicious coconut yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
1 cup chopped kale
1/4 small/medium avocado
What You'll Need To Know
1. Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice and top coconut flakes.
