Almond joy chia pudding, anyone? Yes, almond joy chia pudding!! Seriously, this is magical AF! It’s all the flavors you know and love from that not-so-good-for-you candy bar but with a much healthier and tastier twist. Super yummy and easy to make!

What You'll Need

Chia Mix:
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 tbsp coconut shavings
1/2 tsp stevia
1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides vanilla-coconut
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cups chia seeds

Toppings:
1 tbsp coconut shavings
1 tbsp almond shavings
1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 strawberry sliced

What You'll Need To Know

1. In a high-speed blender add 1 cup cashew milk, 1 tbsp coconut shavings, 1/2 tsp stevia, 1 scoop collagen peptides vanilla-coconut flavor, a pinch of sea salt, 1/2 tsp of each almond extract and vanilla extract and blend for 30 seconds.

2. In a bowl add 1/4 cups chia seeds and milk mix and mix and stir vigorously, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir again to break up any clumping. Let it sit for at least an hour or overnight before enjoying.

3. When ready to eat, top of with more 1 tbsp coconut shavings, 1 tbsp almond shavings, 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs, and one strawberry sliced.

Makes 1 serving.
