Sit down and actually think about what you want to achieve and set some goals. Write them down and be very precise about what you WILL achieve. Create a vision board. Cut out pictures, quotes or images that inspire you to reach those goals. Once it is done, put it up somewhere you can see it every day. When you get to your goal, create a new one or add to the current one, but always keep that vision in your mind. In doing so, you are well on your way to being that success.

Keep your mind like a clear blue sky and simply let clouds pass by. Whether it is your own thoughts or someone else, if it is not positive then you do not need it.
