Lift That Booty With This Workout


lift that booty workout Okay, so here is a first for me.. Butt #selfie? I don't even know what to call this. To be frank, I don't even like taking selfies. But, (ha! no pun intended) I had to post this one on Instagram. I've been working SO hard on getting toned and fit and my butt is finally looking amazing.

Aside from kickboxing and condition, here’s what I've been doing to help lift that booty:

Warm up... 50 Jumping Jacks

20 Squats 20 squat Jumps
 20 Body Weight Walking Lunges 
15 Side Lunges (Each Side)
 20 Glute Bridges 
 15 Donkey Kicks ( Each Side)
 30-Second Wall Sit 1-Minute Plank

Repeat 3-4x

Consistency, dedication, and clean eating work wonders! In terms of what I've been following, it's been The Dolce Diet. (Amazing stuff guys!!)
