Hi, I’m Valerie!

I’m a Portland-based Social Media Consultant and visual storyteller sharing bits and bites of healthy-ish food and travel.

LET'S REGALE is a space filled with real food recipes and wellness travel that are part of my everyday life. It's a breeding ground for ideas and excitement for a balanced and inspired lifestyle.

I’m a San Francisco native that gave up the comforts of home in Silicon Valley to travel the world. After 18 months of traveling non-stop, I've settled in the Pacific Northwest. Portland, OR is now home.  I started my blog in 2010; it all started with the love and passion I have for sharing everything I know about healthy-ish food and travel.

Let's Regale is a space filled with bits + bites of food, life + travel that are part of my everyday life, with plenty of gluten-free, mostly plant-based recipes, wellness, and travel inspirations. I see my blog as a means to express with my readers what I enjoy doing -- eating well and traveling as much as I can. It's a breeding ground for ideas, and excitement for a balanced and inspired life. Through my journey of living a healthier, intentional life, I've realized that it's part of my happiness, putting effort into something, sharing with others.

I love wearing white even after Labor Day, avocados, coffee, sushi, sunsets, EDM music, live shows concerts and being around inspiring, entrepreneurial-minded people.

When I'm not health-hacking recipes, and snapping millions of food photos on Instagram, I work as a Social Media Content Creator and Food Photographer, taking brands to the next level through content creation, digital and social media visual storytelling. You can find out more about that here.

Want to work together or take your brand to the next level or simply say "hi"? Drop me a line here with an idea or visit valeriefidan.com!

I hope you are my accomplice in this adventure called life and that you enjoy it as much as I do.

With a lot of love,
