I’ve been intrigued by journaling lately, and it wasn't this past year that I started getting really into it. I’ve discovered that for me, writing my thoughts down really helps with processing what you’re feeling. Often I don’t know that I think about something until I write it down. It helps me expand and refine my thoughts. I learn more about myself this way, and it helps me become more of the person I’d like to be.
However, I’ve noticed that it can be hard to figure out where to start. With journaling, there is no right or wrong way.
